Our biggest points of need for 1000 Smiles are
week 2 (Sept. 22-30) in Ocho Rios and week 4 (Oct. 20-28) in Montego Bay. The Fall Sealant Project will be located in
Whitehouse from November 10-18. Please
contact Tiffany Rinaldi @ Tiffany@gsjamaica.org
or visit the 1000
Smiles Project information page if you or someone you know is interested in
joining us.
The Sealant met with success and enthusiasm this spring when
we visited Green Island Primary School for the 4th time. The Ministry of Health will be taking over
this project in the future with support from a liaison assigned by Great Shape!

Was this project at Green Island Primary School? I fully endorse the application of sealants. My daughters had them applied at the appropriate time. I won't say how many years ago that was, but they still have no cavities.
